Alexandre Vuilleumier Wins World Series of Poker Bracelet in $25,000 Six-Max No-Limit Hold’em Event

Alexandre Vuilleumier, a professional poker player from Switzerland, recently made history by winning the World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet in the $25,000 Six-Max No-Limit Hold’em event. This event was part of the 2020 WSOP Online Bracelet Series, which was held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Vuilleumier is no stranger to success at the WSOP, having won his first bracelet back in 2015 in the $1,500 No-Limit Hold’em event. He also has numerous other cashes at the WSOP, including a runner-up finish in the 2017 $10,000 No-Limit Hold’em Main Event.

The $25,000 Six-Max No-Limit Hold’em event drew a total of 439 entries, creating a prize pool of $10,715,000. After four days of intense play, Vuilleumier emerged victorious, taking home the first-place prize of $2,278,744 and his second WSOP bracelet.

Vuilleumier’s victory was especially impressive considering the strength of the field. The final table included some of the best players in the world, such as David Peters, Daniel Negreanu, and Bryn Kenney. Vuilleumier was able to outlast them all and take down the title.

The win was a huge accomplishment for Vuilleumier and a great way to cap off an already successful year. He has had several deep runs this year, including a fourth-place finish in the European Poker Tour (EPT) Online Main Event for $168,000.

Vuilleumier’s win is yet another example of how talented and successful he is at the poker table. With two WSOP bracelets and numerous other cashes under his belt, he is sure to be a force to be reckoned with in the poker world for years to come.
