Recently, an Albuquerque resident had the luck of a lifetime when they won the Lotto America jackpot of $3.52 million. The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, purchased their ticket at a local convenience store and was shocked to discover that they had won the grand prize.

Lotto America is a multi-state lottery game that is offered in 44 states, Washington D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Players select five numbers from 1 to 52 and one Star Ball number from 1 to 10. The jackpot is won by matching all six numbers drawn.

The winner of the Albuquerque jackpot purchased a Quick Pick ticket, which randomly selects the numbers for the player. The winning numbers were 11-12-25-32-41 and the Star Ball was 8.

The lucky winner said they plan to use their winnings to pay off their mortgage and invest in their future. They also plan to donate some of the money to charity.

This is not the first time a New Mexico resident has won a large jackpot from Lotto America. In 2018, a resident of Los Alamos won a $2.2 million jackpot.
